Coaching
is a powerful alliance designed to help you bring forth your most
amazing self ... every day, in every situation. While all clients come
to coaching with a desire to create some kind of positive change in
their lives, each client's agenda is unique and the experience of
coaching can be life-changing beyond your specific goals.
Coaching
challenges you to answer the question "What do I truly want?" and then
make it happen. It is about "living intentionally" rather than "living
with good intentions", honoring your values with each decision you
make. It is about playfully challenging old assumptions, turning
obstacles into opportunities, and creating magnificent new
possibilities for living abundantly--however you define that for
yourself.
My
clients are busy professionals, baby boomers, parents and grandparents
who are ready to focus their attention on what matters most to
them--whether that is realizing a long-held dream, planning for an
"encore" career or meaningful retirement, rediscovering their passion
to "save the world", or simply putting themselves first for a change!
My
basic fee is $225/month, paid on the first of the month, with a sliding
scale depending on individual circumstances. Each coaching
arrangement is designed around your goals and schedule to achieve
lasting results more quickly than you could do alone. Coaching sessions
generally take place by phone, although I meet with local clients on a
regular basis.
The focus of coaching is entirely on you.
